01 When was better house founded, and who are the founder?

Sky Capital is a fully integrated residential development in the R7 district, covering approximately 14 acres. It consists of 19 buildings, each with around 28 units — totaling roughly 550 residential units. The project is built on only 20% of the land, leaving generous green space and amenities. Construction is 90% complete and the first phase has already been delivered to customers. Investment reaches billions of Egyptian pounds.

Better House has successfully executed more than 150 projects across Egypt. These span residential compounds, commercial malls, mixed-use administrative complexes, and luxury tourist resorts — from the New Administrative Capital to New Heliopolis City and Galala City on the Red Sea.

The Board of Directors includes Eng. Romany Andraws (President & Chairman), Eng. Mina Andraws (Vice President & CEO), and shareholders Amgad Andraws and Hany Andraws. The company also benefits from international advisors including Brigadier General Dr. Hani Mohammed, whose background spans military diplomacy, strategic communications, and operational management.

Egypt's real estate market has seen many companies that overpromise and underdeliver. Better House counters this by verifying official documents with clients, organizing on-site visits before signing contracts, maintaining continuous communication throughout construction, and already delivering completed phases of its flagship projects. Our Sky Capital project in R7 has reached 90% construction completion, with first-phase units already handed over.
