What You Will Do:

Operational & Commercial

  • Conduct daily detailed inspection of the assigned area to ensure availability and positioning of price labels, product information tags, and other communication media.
  • Review daily stock levels and recommend orders to the Shopkeeper.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement Executive for stock information in the assigned area.
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach by meeting and serving customers with empathy and care.
  • Engage in daily dialogue with customers to gather feedback and learn about their needs, then act based on their input.
  • Establish trust and confidence with customers by understanding and meeting their diverse needs.
  • Prepare pro forma invoices based on customers’ requirements.
  • Maintain contact with customers and inform them about new or interesting items, following up on quotations to convert to sales.
  • Encourage the team to take immediate action to meet customer needs and provide input on improving service.
  • Spot and seize sales opportunities, offer alternative solutions to problems, and suggest add-on sales to achieve sales targets.
  • Suggest improvements to sales efforts, identify slow-moving items, and recommend sales actions.
  • Merchandise products effectively to maintain a full display as per company methods.
  • Stay informed about market developments and company product range updates to maintain competitive advantage.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Secondary Education.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proactive and sales-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Good command of the Arabic language (preferred).
