Once a unit is selected, a reservation contract is signed followed by the sales contract. We maintain ongoing communication at every stage.
02 How can I verify the legal status and official documents of a project?
Better House actively helps clients verify the validity of all official documents as part of our commitment to transparency. Our commercial registration number is 396955. We provide full documentation for each project and encourage clients to conduct their own due diligence. Site visits are also arranged prior to signing any contract so clients can confirm construction progress with their own eyes.
03 What unit types and sizes are available across projects?
Better House offers a range of unit types across its portfolio: residential apartments in Sky Capital and Sky Capital View (standard and luxury configurations, with all units enjoying green space views), chalets and villa-style units at Vidala Resort in Galala City, and commercial units in Sky Mall and Sky Business Park.
